Dusan was always very thorough in his explanations as to how to use the equipment/weights and how perform a particular movement and why.
If we held a weight incorrectly, moved too fast or breathed incorrectly Dusan would tell us and how the correct way to do the exercise.

I approached Dusan to give me some programmes to help with various problems that I have with my hips and neck.
Dusan’s knowledge and professional attitude are outstanding. While pushing you to your limits his main concern is that you perform all exercises with the correct form rather then simply adding weights, losing form and risking the possibility of injury.
